Fraser himself said he'd like to see a trial where the judge was the defendant. I think this would be a cool idea to consider.
Also, I believe it's established that the Judge's Brother is Canadian, correct? I can see a lot of potential by using him and making him the biggest Canadian stereotype ever.
I notice that we don't have a thread for case 2; I can't recall if we had any ideas for that, so perhaps we can use this for that?

Hmmm...so would the Judge's brother be the judge, a witness or the culprit?
And how stereotypical Canadian are you thinking of? Because I could see his brother as a redesign of the judge sprite wearing a flannel shirt and adding eh? to the end of each sentence.
If you could let me know, I could start brainstorming some case ideas.

The judge's brother is also a judge, zokoke. He doesn't wear a flannel shirt. I was thinking he could be the judge for the judge's trial, or for another case, though it would make sense since he's the only other judge in the Phoenix Wright universe.
As for how Canadian he could be, I don't know how much of it is already in the games but apparently he says things like "aboot". Maybe we can troll fraser and have him do things like being ridiculously polite, drink maple syrup from a flask, and say he's married to a moose. In-game fraser would groan about how stereotypically Canadian he is, until he catches himself doing something Canadian too like saying "sore-ry" or thinking about hockey.

Ok, so I looked at some gameplay of this judge. From what I've seen, the judge does say "aboot" "eh" and sometimes calls people "hosers". He also talks about hockey, his playoff beard and Tim Horton's (he says a witness is as scrumptious as a double-double and a dozen doughnut holes.
I like the overly polite and maple syrup. How the all Canadians speak French stereotype. And perhaps instead of being married to a moose, he rides one instead of having a car, and throw in a Poutine reference as well.

I was thinking that the Canadian judge would take a shot of maple syrup every so often. Although we could see the judge on the witness stand eating popcorn during his own trial.
