I'm on Kyle as a witness but I'm pressing him and I'm not getting anything.
As for the Phoenix thing, it might work but I think it'd work better if we spent more time establishing why Phoenix was giving Becky piano lessons, and then why he chose to give Fraser advice. Right now this case looks pretty rushed.

yes I did, but if I try pressing on that statement again it just repeats itself. I don't get any new dialogue. Looks like a programming flaw.

no all you need is that piece of evidence because then you have a flaw Think about Ben's "Unimportant info about the weapon.

Sog I suppose your right. I was thinking that after getting use to the work load put on by the VGA show, Becky has found some extra free time and hires Phoenix as her piano tutor (He is known for his piano playing skills from performing so much at the Borsct Bowl Club.) Probably should have said that earlier. hopeful it helps clarify things.

Still makes no sense, janja. I don't see how "unimportant information" plays into it at all. It's not even part of the evidence.
Okay just by random guessing I figured out that it was "the blunderbuss was shot twice", but that's still really weak. I think it'd be better if instead of a blunderbuss it was an antique shotgun or revolver, so that it's still distinctive, but would leave shell casings behind. That would make for a much stronger arguement.
Also, a blunderbuss is a muzzle-loading shotgun, it doesn't fire bullets. And it'd take a long time to reload as well.

Oh. When Fraser says "I can defend Miss Blow no problem!", "defendant" wasn't a grammar mistake. It's suppose to be "defendant Miss Blow" The joke is that Fraser doesn't know what he's doing. He also says that he'll make Gavin plead "No Contest!" which makes no sense even if Gavin was a defendant. Phoenix then says "Ok she's pretty much done for..." I guess I should change it if it wasn't clear.

You didn't make it clear that the gun was fired twice in a relatively short time. I had assumed it was fired twice in its entire lifespan, which is something you could probably prove forensically, but not easily. It's flimsy, really.
